Revolut Unauthorized Transaction Taken From My Account Without My Consent

I don’t have a Revolut account, and I have no idea how this happened, but 5,104.08 ₺ was taken from my account. My bank refuses to accept responsibility for this issue. I contacted Revolut via email, and they told me I need to speak with the bank. But how can this be possible if I didn’t approve this payment? Who took the money, and for what reason? This is an urgent matter, and I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund of the amount taken. Please address this issue and provide clarity on how this charge was made without my consent.
