I Didn’t Receive the ₺500 Migros Gift Code Promised with Revlon Hair Styler from MediaMarkt

I purchased a Revlon hair styler from MediaMarkt after being told that I would receive a ₺500 Migros gift voucher. The store staff instructed me to download an app called Qumpara, where I would receive a code to redeem the voucher. I followed all steps exactly as advised.
It has now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received any code. I’ve checked the Qumpara app multiple times, but nothing has arrived—no messages, no notifications, no updates. I feel completely misled. If you advertise a ₺500 gift voucher as part of the product offer, you should deliver it promptly and transparently.
This feels like deceptive marketing, and I seriously question how ethical it is to lure customers in with unfulfilled promotions. I expect immediate clarification from both MediaMarkt and Qumpara, and I demand that the promised ₺500 Migros voucher be sent to me without further delay. If I don’t receive a response soon, I will escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities.
