Resumaker.AI Made Recurring Charges I Never Approved

I used Resumaker.AI to create a resume, but I later discovered that my card had been charged recurring payments without my knowledge or authorization, even though I was not provided with an invoice or clear notice of any subscription. My Ziraat Bank card was charged $29 on July 21 and another $29 on August 18, for a total of approximately $58. I am a student, and these amounts are very significant for me. I was never clearly informed in advance that these charges would be recurring or that I was signing up for a paid subscription or membership.

I believe these charges were not authorized by me as part of any subscription and were taken without my knowledge. When I tried to get my money back, I was unable to receive a refund. I request that this situation be resolved, that the full amount charged to my card be refunded, and that any automatic or recurring payments associated with my account be canceled.

To prevent anything similar from happening again, I also ask that users be given clear and easy-to-understand information about subscriptions and pricing, and that the financial hardship this situation has caused me be taken into consideration.
