I Want Refund From Resumaker.ai

I am writing regarding unauthorized deductions made by Resumaker.ai from my account in connection with a CV subscription that I signed up for under the name Jean Marie Roxas and the email address jeanmarieempu****@gmail.com. On May 4, 2026, an amount of 1,266 was deducted, and the same amount was charged again for the month of June 2026, even though the service is not useful for me and I do not wish to continue using it. I did not intend to authorize ongoing deductions of this kind, and I consider these charges to be unauthorized and unfair. I have tried to reach Resumaker.ai but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that the full amounts deducted in May and June 2026 be refunded to me and that any active subscription linked to my account and email address be canceled immediately so that no further charges are taken in the future.
