Regal Dishwasher Leaks After Faulty Repair, Demanding Refund

My Regal dishwasher’s indicator light was flashing, so I called for service. The technician diagnosed a faulty mainboard and took the machine for repairs. Instead of replacing the board, they repaired it and charged me ₺5000.

After the repair, my dishwasher started leaking due to damage caused to the back of the machine during the service. When I contacted them again, the technician claimed they were unavailable and refused to come back, only providing me with an authorized service number. Additionally, they later admitted the issue wasn’t the mainboard but an electrical problem, yet still charged the full repair fee.

I demand a full refund for the faulty service and compensation for the inconvenience caused over the past few days. Regal must address this immediately.
