Regal Dishwasher Does Not Wash Properly and Customer Service Ignores My Complaints

Regal dishwasher does not wash, customer service is not helpful in any way. A Regal brand dishwasher was installed in my home on 14.11.2024. On the 2nd day, I reported to the service that the dishes were not cleaned and were stained. The service took the dishwasher and kept it in service for 2 weeks. Then it was delivered to my house saying there was no problem. The machine doesn't even clean coffee stains. The service came back to the house and made me clean them all with a brush, clean them with a napkin and throw them into the machine. He said there would be no change. As a working person, what's the point of buying a dishwasher if I'm going to clean it all with napkins? I'm waiting for someone to reach me immediately
