Odor Problem With My Reebok BB 1000 Shoes
I purchased the Reebok BB 1000 model shoes about a month ago, and from the very first day I wore them, I experienced a serious foot odor problem. By the second and third days, the smell became even worse. I always pay close attention to foot and nail hygiene and always wear clean socks, and I have never had this issue with any other shoes before. Even though I allowed the shoes to rest after each use, the odor problem continued. I did not use any other products or sprays either. Honestly, I have never had such a bad experience even with shoes bought from local markets. I don’t want to send the product for unnecessary inspection because for a problem that appeared this quickly and in this way, I expect a proper solution. I am requesting either a refund or an exchange of the product.
Friends, I didn't rush to find the invoice, but I was really surprised by the indifferent attitude of Reebok TR or global Reebok. My spouse and I are teachers, and we have to be stylish in front of our students as representatives. Children pay attention to everything. When they first saw the shoes, they congratulated me, and of course I said they were very comfortable. We chat, and they trust me. So far, I haven't shared anything with the children regarding the smell issue, but if the company doesn't respond, it will be inevitable for me to mention this situation in the classrooms. I think people should be aware of such experiences.
