Realme C61 Fast Charging Never Worked Since Purchase

I purchased my Realme C61 smartphone from Teknosa on April 7, 2025. Since the day I bought it, the fast charging feature has never worked, even though I always use the original charger. The device only charges at normal speed, and I am dissatisfied with this issue.

So far, I have not contacted Realme customer service or any technical service center. My phone is still under warranty, and I want this problem to be resolved.

I specifically request that a new charging adapter be sent to me as part of the solution.
