If Razer Gold suspended your account after a chargeback and you want to restore access;

Contact Razer Gold Support immediately;

• State:
– Account was suspended after a chargeback
• Provide:
– Account email / Razer ID
– Transaction ID
– Chargeback date & amount
• Explain clearly:
– If the chargeback was accidental OR
– If you’re willing to repay to restore access

Ask them to;

• Confirm the exact outstanding balance
• Provide steps to repay/reverse the chargeback
• Confirm timeline for account reinstatement

Important;

• If the chargeback was valid (unauthorized charge), be prepared they may permanently restrict the account
• If it was accidental, ask your bank to withdraw the dispute immediately

Do NOT create a new account — it may get banned too.
