Ask them to;
• Confirm the exact outstanding balance
• Provide steps to repay/reverse the chargeback
• Confirm timeline for account reinstatement
Important;
• If the chargeback was valid (unauthorized charge), be prepared they may permanently restrict the account
• If it was accidental, ask your bank to withdraw the dispute immediately
