If Razer Gold says your region is unsupported, it usually means your wallet’s currency/region doesn’t match the code or purchase region, and Razer won’t let you redeem or spend it that way.
Razer doesn’t let you change wallet region yourself in-app; you must contact Razer Gold support and request a one-time region update or open a support ticket for “Account Region Change.”
Alternatively, some players avoid the issue by creating a new Razer ID with the correct country selected then creating a wallet in that region, but this may require verifying email and sometimes a regional IP.
