Ray-Ban Ferrari Prescription Glasses Deformed - Refund Denied
In March 2026 I purchased a Ray-Ban Ferrari model prescription eyeglasses from Detay Optik in İzmir / Şirinyer. After a short period of use, the product became deformed, the quality seemed very low and it started to cause discomfort while using it. Because of these issues, I clearly stated to Detay Optik that I was requesting a refund of the product fee. Despite this, the company entered the process as a product exchange in the system instead of a refund and thus victimized me. As a result of this process, a new product was sent to me, but I could not reach any authorized person or contact from whom I could obtain information or through whom I could exercise my right to a refund. I have an invoice and the relevant purchase documents and I am ready to share them when needed. I request that my refund demand for the Ray-Ban Ferrari model prescription eyeglasses be taken into consideration as soon as possible and that the fee for the product be refunded to me without further loss of time.
