Quotex Withdrawal Marked As 'Processed Successfully' But Funds Not Credited
I am writing to report a problem with my withdrawal on the Quotex web platform. I submitted withdrawal request number 40740653828 for 507 USD, and on May 6th it was marked in the system as “Processed Successfully.” However, as of today, May 13th, the funds have still not reached my bank account at Bank of India. This is my first withdrawal problem with Quotex. After waiting five days without receiving the money, I contacted support. I was informed that the information had been forwarded to the Finance Department and that I should wait, and that I would be contacted via support if there were any issues or if additional information was required. It has now been more than 48 hours since that reply, and I have received no update and no funds. I request that Quotex either immediately credit the 507 USD to my Bank of India account or reverse the 507 USD back to my trading account so that I can withdraw it using another method. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing about the action taken.
