Quotex Withdrawal Marked Successful But Money Never Reached My Bank

I made a withdrawal of 10,299 from my Quotex account via netbanking on 27/07/2026. On the Quotex platform this payout, with transaction ID 40742614198, is clearly marked as “Successful”, and the amount is shown as paid out. Despite this, the money has not been credited to my State Bank of India account. My SBI bank statements, including the statement covering the period from 25/07/2026 to 28/07/2026 in the name of Mr. Snehal Bagde, show no incoming transaction of 10,299 for this withdrawal, even though enough time has passed for the transfer to be completed. I am requesting that Quotex urgently review this payout, track where the money went, and either immediately credit the 10,299 to my bank account or clearly explain why the transaction is shown as successful when no funds have been received. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I do not suffer further financial loss.
