I Face Missing Deposit Issue on Quotex—Funds Never Reached My Account
I’m very disappointed with this app. I made two separate deposits, but neither of them showed up in my account. When I contacted customer support, they sent me the following message:
“Hello Hibe, 922227** The information has been sent to your financial service provider. We’re doing our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot provide a specific time frame, so we kindly ask you to wait for the funds to be credited to your account. We’ll contact you personally if there are any updates. You do not need to reply to this message. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards.”
However, Quotex only sent this message — they never actually credited the money. It still says “failed,” and the funds have not been added to my account. Please find a solution. 😕
