Quantfury BTC Unreasonable Spread and Irregular Order Book Exit

I am trading the BTCUSDT pair. Before entering a trade, the long and short spreads are 0.01, but after entering, they become $15-$20. After entering a long position, you are forced to accept this spread to close the position. On the other hand, despite better buyers in the order book, positions are closed from the very end of the order book. In short, making a profit becomes nearly impossible. The market prices can be unrealistic, leading to significant unfairness. An urgent solution is needed.
