Urgent Request for New Flight Tickets Due to Airport Change – Qatar Airways

I purchased Qatar Airways tickets for 5 people to fly from Adana Şakirpaşa Airport to Incheon Airport in South Korea on August 12, 2024, with a return on August 21, 2024. Yesterday, I received an email informing me of changes to our flight details. When I called, I was told that Qatar Airways would no longer be flying from Adana due to the airport’s relocation to Çukurova International Airport.

Despite numerous calls since yesterday, I still haven’t received our new tickets. Given that I’ve already made hotel reservations in South Korea, it is critical for me and my family to receive our new tickets with a connecting flight from Çukurova International Airport to Istanbul Airport as soon as possible. I trust that Qatar Airways, known as one of the world’s most reliable airlines, will not let my family and me down. I sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance with this matter.
