On my flight with the information above, my screen was broken during the entire journey and I could not use it. ETKT: 1572104532217-4 Departure: 1935 Flight: QR 247 Date: 03 JULY Destination: Doha - SAW / Istanbul Seat: 26 F For my return flight and the information above, my seat was defective during the entire flight and I had to continue my journey uncomfortably throughout the entire flight. When I shared the situation with your hostesses, they came and checked, but no solution was provided. Hours later, when my wife said the situation again, they offered to take us to the business section, but there was an hour and a half left before the flight was over, and we said it meant nothing for just an hour. We did not receive any response after that. How convenient is it for you that these seats, for which we pay to go side by side with my wife, are defective in this way and that we have to take a flight in this way? I think that the necessary action will be taken in this regard and I look forward to hearing from you. I do not think that such a well-established and large company would tolerate such mistakes.
