Budgetair Missing Luggage Complaint

I am reaching out to share my dissatisfaction regarding a recent flight I booked through Budgetair (reservation number BTR-1293123, e-ticket number 1573411464408). I encountered several issues during my time with Qatar Airways. Throughout my connecting flight, I faced some difficulties, and regrettably, my luggage was only delivered to me in Bali after a delay of five days.

I've been trying to get in touch with Qatar Airways, but I haven't had any luck reaching a representative to help me with this problem. As Budgetair helped with the booking, I would appreciate your assistance and support in resolving this matter.
