Pull & Bear Ships the Wrong Item and Offers Only a Return as a Fix
I purchased a sequined halter top through order number 202*****880 from the Pull & Bear online store, placed on 06/24/2026 and delivered to me on 06/30/2026. However, when my order arrived, a completely unrelated sweatshirt was sent instead of the product I had ordered, and during this process, the item I actually wanted to buy also sold out of stock.
Since the package reached me on a Saturday, I wasn't able to contact the company until Monday; when I reached customer service today, I was simply told, "You can return it." Even though sending the wrong product was entirely the company's mistake, I'm expected to just settle for a return, with no solution offered regarding sourcing the item I actually wanted.
Since I was sent the wrong product due to Pull & Bear's own mistake, I am requesting that the sequined halter top I purchased be sourced and sent to me. If it's no longer in stock, I expect an equivalent product or a meaningful compensation solution to be offered to make up for the hardship I've experienced.
