I Face Missing UC Purchase on PUBG Mobile via Google Play

On September 10 at 15:02, I purchased 1800 UC for PUBG Mobile through Google Play. The payment of ₺3.19 was successfully charged from my Ziraat Bank account, and my order number is #8909. However, despite the successful transaction, the UC has not been credited to my PUBG Mobile account. My account ID is 5469****73.

During the purchase, I did not encounter any error messages or warnings, and the payment went through smoothly. Still, after waiting, the UC balance has not appeared in my account. This situation is highly frustrating because I paid but cannot access the UC I purchased.

Since the payment has already been processed, I kindly request that the 1800 UC be credited to my account immediately. If necessary, I am ready to provide the payment receipt to confirm the transaction. I expect urgent resolution of this issue so that I can use the UC I have paid for without further delay.
