PUBG Verification Code and Account Access Issue

My SIM card is lost and I am not receiving the verification code; I want the lost SIM to be removed/deactivated from my account. My PUBG account has been inaccessible for four years — please check this as soon as possible. I’ve tried everything but I cannot sign in. I can sign in with Facebook and Google, but it won’t let me access my account and asks me to enter the code that was sent to my (lost) number.
