PUBG Mobile UC Purchase Stuck on “Pending”

On November 1, 2025, I made a payment of $4 through the Presatış website to purchase PUBG Mobile UC. Although my order #5216 shows that the payment was successfully received, it still appears as “pending,” and I have not received the purchased UC.

I couldn’t find any customer service options on the website, so I have no way to report the issue directly. I made the payment using my credit card, and this is the first time I’ve experienced a problem like this. I placed the order from my iPhone using the Google Chrome browser.

I request that either my payment be refunded or the UC I purchased be delivered to my account. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
