I Face Missing UC After Payment on PUBG Mobile via Presatis.com
On June 11, 2024, at 11:06 AM, I purchased 3850 UC for my PUBG Mobile account through Presatis.com using my iPhone in Osmaniye. I paid ₺1,149 via credit card. My PUBG Mobile Player ID is 515136070, and my order number is 487.
The payment was successfully processed, but even after 7 hours, the UC did not appear in my account. Additionally, I am unable to open the invoice file provided. I attempted to contact customer service regarding the issue, but I have not received any response.
This situation is highly frustrating because I paid for UC but cannot use it in the game. My primary request is for the 3850 UC I purchased to be credited to my account immediately. I expect Presatis.com and PUBG Mobile support to resolve this issue urgently and ensure that such delays do not happen again.
