PUBG Mobile UC Not Credited After Payment Through Vodafone

At 23:50, I purchased UC worth 660₺ for my PUBG Mobile account linked to my Vodafone line using internet banking. I did not receive any error message during the process, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, despite the time that has passed, the UC balance has not been credited to my account. I completed the transaction through the “UC site,” and I do not have any order or reference number. I have not yet contacted Vodafone customer service. I request that the 660₺ worth of UC I paid for be credited to my account as soon as possible. I kindly ask for this problem to be resolved and for my grievance to be addressed.
