On April 19, 2025, at 8:06 PM, a spyware application was remotely installed on my phone without my knowledge. This malicious software somehow accessed Telekom Mobile Payment and initiated a transaction to PUBG Mobile Turkey DCB, even though I don’t have an account linked to that service. The spyware automatically responded ‘yes’ to confirmation messages, and I was charged a total of 1,799.98₺ in two separate transactions—all without my consent.
I immediately contacted both Telekom and PUBG Mobile Turkey DCB representatives, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I find that completely unacceptable. This charge was made against my will, and I have no involvement with this transaction.
I did not authorize this purchase, I did not send confirmation messages, and I should not be held financially responsible for something that happened due to an external security breach.
I demand a full refund of the 1,799.98₺ that was wrongfully taken from me. I also do not accept any future financial obligations that might result from unauthorized actions taken via spyware or other third-party interference. This situation must be taken seriously and resolved immediately by both Telekom and PUBG Mobile Turkey.
