I have never played or installed PUBG on my phone, yet on March 16, 2025, at 21:45, I suddenly received multiple messages, and without my authorization, the system charged my mobile account twice for ₺825 each—a total of ₺1650.

This is a serious issue. How can such a transaction occur without my approval? I never downloaded PUBG, yet I was charged as if I had made a purchase. When I contacted Türk Telekom, they simply gave me PUBG’s support number. When I called PUBG, they claimed that I had replied "yes" to a message, which I absolutely did not.
