PUBG Mobile Support Rejects Account Recovery Despite Google Play Receipts

I am an active PUBG Mobile player who has been playing the game for a long time. My account (ID: 5187*****24), which I previously logged into seamlessly via my Google email, was stolen. It is currently being used by someone else who registered their own email address and phone number to the account. I can only make limited login attempts through my Google account and cannot gain full access to my game account.

I was able to log into my account without any issues until June 13, 2026. Due to the access and account-linking problems I began experiencing on June 12, 2026, I submitted consecutive requests to the PUBG Mobile Turkey team via in-game support and opened multiple tickets up until June 16, 2026. However, every single time, my request was rejected with automated, canned responses that gave the impression my issue was never actually reviewed.

To prove that I am the true owner of the account, I provided all requested information, including my Google Play purchase receipts (such as order number GPA.3342-5134-2563-35931), the details of the devices I previously used to log in (a Samsung Tab A8 and an iPhone 14 Pro Max), and email security screenshots. Despite providing this evidence, I only received standard automated replies, and support refused to acknowledge my ownership of the account.

It is clearly evident from the billing records and device data I provided that I am the rightful owner of this account, which I spent years building up and invested significant money into. I demand that the PUBG Mobile Turkey team correct this automated evaluation error, verify my ownership, and urgently restore my full access to account ID 5187*****24. Furthermore, I expect them to implement a more thorough, manual review process where they actually consider the concrete evidence players provide during similar security breaches.
