PUBG Mobile Processes $156 in Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
On August 8, 2026, at approximately 10:18 PM, unauthorized transactions totaling roughly $156 were charged to my Akbank card ending in 5911 on PUBG Mobile without my knowledge or consent. These transactions occurred completely without my permission, and I did not make any in-game purchases whatsoever.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank, Akbank, and submitted an official chargeback dispute. However, because I believe the primary party responsible is PUBG Mobile, I am filing this complaint. I am the sole user of my card, no one else uses my device or account, and there is no possibility that a third party had authorized access to my account.
Because these transactions were made without my consent, I demand that all payments totaling approximately $156 charged to my card via PUBG Mobile be canceled and refunded to me in full. Furthermore, I request a thorough security investigation into how and under what circumstances these transactions were processed through my account, along with preventative measures to ensure a similar incident does not happen again.
