PUBG Mobile Unauthorized Charges on My Credit Card
I am filing a complaint regarding two unauthorized transactions made with my North Africa Bank credit card through the PUBG Mobile platform. I did not authorize these purchases and I believe that my card information has been compromised. On 10/04/2026, two separate transactions were charged to my card ending in 4268***4120. The first transaction took place at 17:26 for an amount of 2,549.99 MAD with the reference “PUBGMobile, LU”. The second transaction occurred at 18:03 on the same day, again for 2,549.99 MAD with the reference “PUBGMobile, LU”. I noticed both of these transactions on 10/04/2026 and immediately understood that they were not made by me. I attempted to find a way to contact PUBG Mobile but I could not find any clear or accessible customer support channel to report these fraudulent purchases. As a result, I am using this complaint to clearly state that I did not authorize these payments and that they are fraudulent. I request a full refund of both transactions, totalling 5,099.98 MAD, and I also ask that these charges be cancelled and investigated as unauthorized use of my credit card on your platform. I expect the necessary security checks to be carried out, and for this situation to be resolved as soon as possible so that I am not held responsible for charges I did not make.
