PUBG Mobile Account Linked to Facebook Shows “This Account Does Not Exist” Error

On September 26, around 9:30–10:00 AM, I tried logging into my PUBG Mobile account on my Poco X7 Pro device, which was linked to Facebook. However, I received the error message: “This account does not exist.” My account was linked both to my phone number and my email address, but I have been unable to access it through any method. For days now, I have not been able to reach my account, and I don’t know if someone else has gained access to it.
To recover my account, I tried resetting the password, logging in from a different device, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but none of these attempts worked. My account contains approximately ₺15,000 worth of UC purchases, and all of my game history is stored there. I still have my login details, and I could only access the account through Facebook.
I urgently request that my issue be resolved, my account be reactivated, and my access restored. I ask for immediate support regarding this matter.
Progress

I used to log into PUBG via my Facebook account. In September, I suddenly lost access to my account, and when I try to log in, I am redirected to a brand new account. I think my account has been stolen. I have not noticed any changes or suspicious activity on my Facebook account, but I can no longer access my PUBG account.
I had invested approximately 10,000 UC in this account, and these expenses have also disappeared. I contacted the PUBG support team to recover my account and also searched for solutions on Youtube.com, but I have not received any results.
I request that Facebook and PUBG officials return my account and protect my in-game purchases. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved.
