I Face Unjust Temporary Ban on PUBG Mobile Account Using Samsung TAB A9

I play PUBG Mobile on my Samsung TAB A9, and on August 12, 2025, my account (username: Westronç04) was temporarily banned without any stated reason. Since then, I have been completely locked out of the game and unable to log in. I did not receive any notification or explanation for this ban, and I have not yet contacted the support team. My account has no history of in-game purchases, so there is no transaction-related reason for this action.

This unjust ban has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I cannot enjoy the game I regularly play. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and, if this was a mistake, immediately reinstated so I can regain access without further delay.
