PUBG Loaded My 8100 UC to the Wrong Account

On March 31, 2025, I placed an order worth ₺4920 through Vatan Game, which was supposed to give me approximately 11,950 UC. As usual, Vatan Game delivered the UC in parts. The first part of 3,850 UC was successfully added to my account, but the second part, which was 8,100 UC, never arrived. When I contacted them, they claimed that both parts had been delivered and that the issue wasn’t on their end, advising me to reach out to PUBG Mobile. When I spoke with PUBG Mobile customer service, they told me that the 8,100 UC had been successfully loaded to a different ID and that I should be more careful when loading next time. I do not accept this explanation. I request that the responsible parties take action regarding this situation—others should not fall victim to the same issue.
