PUBG Account Access Recovery Request Unresolved

I purchased a random PUBG account for 50 TL via bank transfer on Hesap.com. However, when I tried to log in using the credentials provided after the purchase, I received an error message saying “This account does not exist.” My order number is 3654871.

I have not yet contacted Hesap.com customer service, but since I cannot access the product I paid for, I am requesting a full refund of the amount. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
