I Face PUBG UC Not Credited Despite Successful Payment

I purchased PUBG UC worth ₺200 through the Asıl Game platform and completed the payment via Garanti Bankası. I also have the payment receipt as proof of transaction. The purchase was made using my email address i********@gmail.com** earlier today.

However, the UC balance has not been credited to my PUBG account yet, and I have not received any confirmation or notification message from the seller.

I request that the purchased UC be loaded to my account immediately. Please resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
