Missing 975 UC in PUBG Mobile Despite Payment Confirmation

I have been playing PUBG Mobile for five years and recently purchased 975 UC, but the amount has not been credited to my account. I have the payment receipt as proof of transaction. If the UC is not delivered soon, I demand a full refund immediately.

This situation is incredibly frustrating for a loyal player. I have never experienced such an issue in all these years, but this is unacceptable. If my UC or refund is not processed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible by either crediting the UC to my account or refunding my payment. Enough is enough!
