I Face Touchscreen Malfunction on X7 Pro While Playing PUBG Mobile at 120 FPS

About a month ago, I purchased a new X7 Pro device, and since then, I have been experiencing a serious touchscreen issue while playing PUBG Mobile. On my previous device, I never encountered anything like this. The problem occurs most noticeably when playing in 120 FPS settings and in ranked matches. For example, when I open the scope and shoot, the scope suddenly closes as if I never pressed any button at all. Additionally, when the palm of my left hand touches the screen, the crouch button sometimes works and sometimes does not respond at all.
In TDM mode, this problem is rare, but in other game modes—especially at high FPS—it happens frequently and severely impacts gameplay. Both my device and the game are fully updated, with no missing software or app updates. I have not yet contacted customer support, but I believe this is an issue that requires urgent attention.
I request that the PUBG Mobile team coordinate with the device manufacturer to investigate and fix this touchscreen malfunction promptly so I can play without performance interruptions. Please resolve this issue and restore proper functionality.
