I play PUBG Mobile on my Poco X7 Pro Android smartphone, and for the past week I’ve been facing a frustrating issue: my account keeps getting frozen every other day. This happens suddenly without any warning or explanation from the system. Despite reaching out to the support team, I haven’t received any meaningful response or solution.

My account contains valuable items and paid content, and I am concerned about losing access to them. I suspect this suspension may be related to the fact that I use a keyboard and mouse to play, but no official clarification has been given to me.
