I play PUBG Mobile on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro, and until recently I could only log into my account through Facebook. On September 8, my Facebook account was closed, and since then I have been completely unable to access my PUBG Mobile account.
My in-game username is “paul Berkay.” I have spent around ₺120 in total and purchased 1,020 UC. Losing access to this account is very upsetting given both the time and money I invested.
I contacted Facebook customer support, but I never received any response. I now request that PUBG Mobile allow me to link a new login method so I can regain access to my account.
