I Face Missing UC After Purchase on PUBG Mobile via Midasbuy

Today, I purchased 750 UC for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy, paying ₺400. The payment was successfully completed, and I have the receipt as proof (#0512**********52). However, when I logged into the game, my UC balance did not increase. Instead, I continued to see the warning that UC is “unavailable.”
This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue. I previously encountered the same problem, and at that time I did not receive any response or support, which left me very dissatisfied. It is unacceptable that after making a verified payment, the in-game currency is still not delivered.
I request that the 750 UC I paid for be credited to my PUBG Mobile account immediately and that this ongoing issue be investigated thoroughly. I also expect Midasbuy and PUBG Mobile support to ensure that future purchases are delivered without delays or repeated errors.
