I Demand a Full Refund After PAY2OUT Shortchanges My $16 PUBG UC Order

On June 17, 2026, at 5:03 PM, I purchased UC for PUBG on Steam through the PAY2OUT website, paying $16. The payment was successfully charged to my credit card, and even though I have the bank receipt to prove it, only 180 UC was credited to my game account.

I should have received significantly more UC for the amount I paid, but the remaining balance was never added to my account. Despite completing the transaction on their site, I was given no update, nor has there been any correction regarding the missing balance.

I demand that the missing UC be fully credited to my game account as soon as possible, or if that is not possible, I want my $16 payment refunded in full. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved immediately and that someone gets back to me.
