If you used Priceline's Best Price Guarantee (BPG) and found a better deal elsewhere within 24 hours of booking, you may be entitled to a refund for the price difference. Priceline's BPG policy gives VIP members confidence when booking and ensures competitive pricing. If your reservation qualifies for the BPG policy, Priceline will refund the difference to your original method of payment.
The refund process varies according to the type of reservation. Priceline's online form allows you to submit a claim for hotels, rental cars, and airline tickets. Include screenshots proving that the better deal matches the details of your reservation. You can upload up to five files, each no larger than 3MB, in image (JPG, PNG) or PDF format. Priceline typically responds to online claims within seven days.

It is important to note that the better deal cannot be an Express Deal® because the terms of these offers are not disclosed. Additionally, packages are ineligible for the Best Price Guarantee.
