Pragmatic Play Games Keep Freezing And Feel Unfairly Controlled

I have been experiencing serious problems with Pragmatic Play for a long time and I want other people to see this situation. I believe there is intervention in the games and that the games are being frozen over my IP number. This problem happens to me every day and I have noticed that the game is deliberately frozen via my IP, regardless of which connection I use. Even when I contact support or try to change my connection and device, nothing changes and the situation continues in the same way. Because of this, I no longer trust the games and feel that the process is not functioning fairly. I am not demanding compensation for my losses but I want this situation to be examined in detail and for other users to be informed. My only request is that these interventions, which I clearly feel in the games, be investigated transparently and that a clear explanation be given to the public.
