Pocket Option Withdrawal Request Denied with False Excuses

Pocket Option is refusing to process my withdrawal request and providing me with various excuses. This website is absolutely awful, no doubt about it. My withdrawal request was unexpectedly cancelled after 5 days, claiming that there was unverified information. However, this is completely false as my information is accurate and up-to-date. The support team is lacking, with no one showing a willingness to assist. The support staff on this site is extremely unresponsive.

They canceled my first withdrawal request after 5 days, claiming the information was incorrect, even though it was correct. With my second request, they are trying with another investment firm and are making me wait again.
