Pocket Option Blocked My ₺31,900 and Ignored My Withdrawal and Deposit Issues
Ten days ago, I submitted a ₺30,000 withdrawal request from my Pocket Option account. The money was immediately deducted from my investment balance, but it has still not arrived in my Denizbank Fındıkzade branch account.
In addition, on August 12, I made three separate EFT transfers to Pocket Option: ₺1,000, ₺500, and ₺400. I provided Pocket Option with the payment receipts showing them clearly as the recipient, but these funds have never been credited to my trading account.
In total, I am facing a ₺31,900 financial loss. I have submitted my claims five times through in-app messaging, but every request was denied without a solution. Instead, I was told “we did not receive these payments”, even though the receipts prove otherwise.
I demand that Pocket Option return the funds I deposited and also complete the ₺30,000 withdrawal that was deducted from my balance but never credited to my bank account. My customer number is 46.197.21.10.
It is unacceptable for a financial trading platform to block funds, ignore receipts, and leave customers without access to their own money. I expect immediate resolution and full reimbursement.
