Pocket Option Account Blocked For Multiple Accounts - Funds Not Withdrawable

On 25 December, my Pocket Option account was blocked with the explanation that I had allegedly violated clause 2.2 of the agreement due to having multiple accounts. I was informed of this situation via email, where it was stated that the reason for the blocking was “multiple accounts”. I do not have access to my account at the moment and therefore cannot withdraw my funds. I contacted Pocket Option by replying to the email and through their support channels, but I have not received any response so far. I request that Pocket Option at least grant me access to withdraw the balance in my account, or provide a clear and timely response regarding my situation. I expect my funds to be released and the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
