Pocket Option Refusing Access to My Account After Deposit

I am writing regarding my Pocket Option account (ID: 12648292) linked to the email safwan77490973****@gmail.com, into which I deposited a total of $510. This was my first time using the Pocket Option platform.

On March 10, 2026, at 5:57 p.m. (Sweden time), my account was suddenly frozen and banned, and since then I have not been able to access it. When I attempt to log in now, I receive a message stating that my account has been banned.

I have already contacted Pocket Option support via email, but I have not received any response so far.

Because of this situation, I cannot access my deposited funds, which has caused me serious concern. This is especially difficult for me because I am currently in Yemen and rely on this money.

I want to make it clear that I am not requesting any profits or bonuses from Pocket Option. I am only asking for my original deposited amount of $510 to be returned to me as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of why my account was banned.

I kindly request that my case be urgently reviewed, that the status of my account be clarified, and that my deposited funds be refunded without delay.
