PlayStation PS5 Browser Missing

Hello there, my PS5 seems to be missing an internet browser. I'm contacting the customer support hotline, and it's using the English language. I'm trying to reach Sony Eurasia, and according to their schedule, they are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. However, I'm calling them on a Friday at 17:04. Unbelievable! There's another number that begins with 0312, so I give it a call, but unfortunately, it's no longer in service. I need this resolved right away.
