PlayStation Store Refund System Not Working for Unplayed Games

I purchased Metal Gear Solid V Definitive Edition through the PlayStation Store on September 9, 2026, and Kingdom Come Deliverance on September 19, 2026. I have not downloaded, installed, or played either game at any time. However, when I tried to request a refund through the automatic refund section in the PlayStation app, I received a message stating that the refund could not currently be processed through this method, so I was unable to initiate the refund process through the system.

I use a PlayStation account registered to the Turkey region and live in Ankara. I paid for both games using the digital wallet on my PlayStation account, with a payment of approximately $10 for Metal Gear Solid V Definitive Edition and approximately $7 for Kingdom Come Deliverance. I believe the total amount I paid, approximately $18, should be eligible for a refund under Sony's published refund terms because I have not downloaded or played either game. My PlayStation username is systolic_hod23.

I also tried numerous times to speak with a live representative through customer support. During my most recent attempt, I waited for approximately 30 minutes, but no representative ever joined the conversation and no one addressed my issue. I am experiencing significant inconvenience because both the automatic refund system is not working and I am unable to reach a customer service representative.

I request that the approximately $18 I paid for these two games, neither of which has been downloaded or played, be refunded to my account in accordance with the PlayStation Store refund policies. I also request that the issue with the automatic refund system be investigated and resolved.
