Hello, I have been playing on PlayStation consoles since 2003 and I have never been banned before; this is my first time contacting you. I encountered a person who openly supports terrorism and I messaged him, but he swore at me and used abusive language, and then my account was banned. This terrorist group has killed more than 100,000 people in Turkey, and we never support terrorism anywhere. If you are protecting him while banning my account, I will involve my lawyer and contact the government about this.
