Pi Network Name Change Issue Unresolved for a Year, No Turkish Support

For almost one year, I have been facing a persistent issue with the Pi Network and Pi Browser applications regarding my account name correction. I want to update my registered name, but the entire process and support pages are in English, which makes it difficult for me to fully understand and complete the steps correctly.

During this period, I have received no assistance. I attempted to contact customer support several times, but I never received any response or guidance. I am accessing the app from Kocaeli, Turkey, and my registered phone number is 05521515*.

This lack of support has left me stuck with an incorrect account name for over a year. I am requesting that Pi Network provide direct assistance to correct my account name and also introduce proper Turkish-language support, so users in Turkey are not left without help.

A global platform should not ignore language accessibility or leave long-term users without solutions to such basic issues. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
